Snack & Savouries section offers various combination of Indian Flavour cuisine with International Space. Processed snack foods, as one form of convenience food, are designed to be less perishable, more durable, and more portable than prepared foods.

Samosas

A Samosa is a fried or baked pastry with a savoury filling like spiced potatoes, onions, peas, beef and other meats, or lentils. Samosas are a popular entry, appetizer, or snack in the local cuisines of South Asia, Western Asia, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, and Africa. Sufficiently filled with veg combination, each bite embraces spices and flavours of India.

Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or dim sum. These preparations vary largely with various combination of vegetables and spice Mix.

Momos

Momo is a type of steamed dumpling with some form of filling. Momo are traditionally steamed but can also be deep-fried or pan-fried. Momo is usually served with chilli garlic sauce to enhance its authentic flavour.

Cheese Balls

A soft and creamy food the cheese ball, a blend of cream cheese, shredded cheese, and herbs or spices, moulded into a sphere and then rolled in ground nuts bringing exclusive flavours of India.

Veg Kababs

Kababs consist of cut-up of ground vegetable combination and they mostly consist of mashed onion in addition of vegetables, and various other accompaniments according to the specific recipe. Most of the time kebab is served with rice or bread. But although it best compliments with herbs and raw onions.
