
BELGIUM CONVERTURE CHOCOLATES
Belgian chocolate is chocolate produced in Belgium. In 2007, the European Union introduced a voluntary quality standard that set certain criteria for a product to be considered "Belgian chocolate". Under this "Belgian Chocolate Code", refining, mixing and conching must be done inside Belgium, which led to today’s Chocolate Evolution.
